Project details:

Courchevel Chalet Construction.  A traditional stone chalet in one of the Courchevel villages that had been largely untouched in some 40 years requiring extensive & comprehensive chalet renovation including all electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation.  The internal structure was entirely demolished with new floors and stairwells added.  Complete internal rip out.  Structural support and works were undertaken to underpin the foundations to allow cave excavation to provide a ski and boot room.  Re-routing of waste networks.

Simon Jones was instructed to manage the Courchevel Chalet Construction & renovation from the architectural and planning stage in 2009 through to final delivery in July 2010.
